President Akufo-Addo assures Ghanaians of a smooth transition of power after the December 7 elections.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has assured Ghanaians that he will transition from office with the utmost respect for the country's democratic processes. He emphasized that the will of the citizenry will prevail in the December 7 elections, and no politician's ambition will compromise the peace and stability Ghana has enjoyed .

Akufo-Addo made this promise at the commissioning of Cadet Course 61 at the Ghana Military Academy, where 73 cadet officers were commissioned into the Ghana Armed Forces. He also commended the Ghana Military Academy for producing officers of character and competence .

This assurance comes amid concerns about the peaceful transfer of power in Ghana. The President's commitment to respecting the democratic process and ensuring a peaceful transition is crucial for maintaining stability in the country.
