During the commissioning of the complex, Owusu Agyemang advised teacher trainees to take their studies seriously, emphasizing the importance of hard work in achieving good performance. He also expressed gratitude to the college's leadership for their hard work in academic performance and infrastructural development.

The Eastern Regional Minister, Seth Kwame Acheampong, commended the college for naming the complex after Owusu Agyemang, citing his significant contributions to the institution. The minister believes the new complex will enhance the college's image and improve the activities of its authorities and management.

Professor Vincent Adzahlie-Mensah, the college's Principal, thanked his predecessors and pledged to continue working towards the college's advancement. The CEO of Mecfam Limited, Mr. Michael Asiedu, assured the college of regular maintenance to ensure the facility's longevity.
