Tensions ran high at Ayawaso West Wuogon as ballot papers were scattered during a clash between supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) . This incident is just one of the concerns raised about the integrity of the electoral process.

In a separate incident, a voter was arrested for attempting to take a photo of their marked ballot paper at the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency . This action has raised concerns about electoral laws and voter conduct.

The NDC has also expressed concerns about individuals taking photos of their ballot papers after casting their votes, which they believe undermines the secrecy of the ballot . The party has called on the Electoral Commission to address this issue immediately.
