The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Brainsfield Company Limited, Winfred Kumah Apawu, has disclosed that he has never stolen land belonging to the Odai Ntow family of Kwabenya within the Ga East Municipality of the Greater Accra Region.
He stated that he operates genuinely and has never claimed ownership of any property belonging to the Odai Ntow family.
"I am not a Ga, and there is no way I can steal Nii Odai Ntow family land," Mr. Apawu hinted.
The Brainsfield Company Limited CEO statement was in response to a recent rumour that he (Mr. Kuma Apawu) was registering lands belonging to the Odai Ntow family.
"I have been operating when it comes to the tonland land issue for years, and therefore, there is no way that I will forcibly claim something that does not belong to me as an individual," he disclosed.
According to Mr. Apawu, he only shares boundary with Nii Odai Ntow's family, with a land he legally acquired from the Kofi Apenteng family.
"The Nii Odai Ntow Family land was 4,000 feet away from the Kofi Apenteng family, and the court therefore warned them to stay within their boundary, but they have failed to adhere" he revealed.
He revealed that several court rulings have ordered members of the Nii Odai Ntow Family to remain within their 1904 site plan, but they have persistently ignored it and kept trespassing as well as attacking him wrongly.
"Member of the Nii Odai Ntow family did not give me any land, and I therefore took them to court after they approached me some years back of occupying their land," he stated.
He disclosed that no information from any member of the Nii Odai Ntow Family would have any positive impact on his life and has therefore never relied on information from any of their family members in his field of work.
The Brainsfield Company Limited CEO called on the general public to always disregard all false allegations against him by members of the Nii Odai Ntow Family.
"Member of the Nii Odai Ntow Family are free to go to court and stop their unnecessary speculations," Mr. Apawu advised.
