Global speaker Dr. Rev. Sam Adeyemi has praised the Jospong Group of Companies (JGC) for its investment in staff by sponsoring international training and development opportunities.

He noted that such initiatives provide exposure, upgrade staff skills, and contribute to overall productivity.

Speaking as the Guest Speaker at the Jospong Leadership Conference (JLC) 2025, Dr. Adeyemi delivered a presentation on "Bridging the Gap: Leadership Journey of Connection and Change" on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

According to him, both business leaders and staff must be attuned to their surroundings, emphasizing that what they hear and see is critical to achieving sustainable transformation.

He explained that "seeing and hearing are two critical principles that enter the heart" and play a key role in transforming people.

"Transformation begins within and not from the outside. It also starts with self-leadership," he added.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Sam Adeyemi GLC Inc., Dr. Adeyemi encouraged JGC staff and management to reflect on their surroundings, take practical steps, and strive for meaningful results.

The 12th edition of JLC 2025, themed "Transformation through Leadership," aims to promote business sustainability, positive work ethics, and impactful change within the group.

Over 2,000 managers and senior staff members of JGC participated both in person and via Zoom.

The man of God emphasized the importance of intentional transformation, highlighting the transformative power of movies and other media.

He urged attendees to be intentional about changing their narrative, saying, "Be intentional about how you want your life to be transformed."

He also stressed that communication, mentoring, and international travel all contribute to sustainable transformation.

For his part, Dr. Siaw Agyepong expressed gratitude to Dr. Adeyemi for consistently supporting Jospong Group's JLCs despite his busy schedule.
