Man beheads partner for cheating in Diaso.

In Diaso, a town in the Upper Denkyira West District of the Central Region, a man in his early thirties murdered his fiancée over suspicions of adultery.

According to Yaw Boagyan of GHOne TV, the incident happened after the woman was caught having an affair with another man.

Following the horrible crime, the alleged perpetrator reportedly departed the community. Residents believe they last saw the pair together around midday on January 9, 2025.

However, after a time of not hearing from her, the lady's friends went to her boyfriend's residence to inquire about her whereabouts.

When they arrived, they were horrified to find their friend's dead body on the floor, bathed in a pool of blood from several knife stabs to the neck.

The heinous crime has heightened tensions in the Diaso community, despite police efforts to contain the throng that assembled at the scene.

The dead is claimed to be from the Northern Region and had been dating the alleged offender for a year.

Diaso has recently made headlines for murder-related crimes. Last year, mysterious perpetrators allegedly murdered a large number of people for ceremonial purposes.

This is the second time in the region that two women have been killed by their boyfriends over alleged adultery since the turn of the year.

The first occurrence occurred at Awutu Bawjiase in the Awutu Senya West District.

Meanwhile, Diaso police officers reached the location and began an inquiry into the incident.

The body of the deceased has been taken to the Dunkwa On-Offin District Government Hospital for autopsy and preservation.

Police have yet to make any arrests in relation to the development.
