After former NDC General Secretary Mr. Samuel Koku Anyidoho's viral post about Esq. Sammy Gyamfi, the National Communications Director for the NDC, caught his notice, social media became unbalanced. According to the tweet that Mr. Samuel posted, Sammy Gyamfi used derogatory language in his response to former President Kuffuor's request for Ghanaians to give Dr. Bawumia a chance: "Shut up in your wheelchair." You will be imprisoned at Mahama's inauguration. When Esq. Sammy saw the message, he immediately addressed the matter and made it apparent that he was unhappy.
"Such impetuous abrasive arrogance and disrespect!!! Is this what they want power for? Father, forgive them for they don't know what they are saying." Esq. Sammy responded angrily, adding, "I didn't know that you were this naive not knowing fake news when you see one. Clearly your bitterness against the NDC and people like me, has blinded you to the truth. For your information, I have not made any such comment anywhere. Do your checks and spare yourself this embarrassment. Conveyor of FAKE NEWS. Disgraceful?"
On social media, the jokes have provoked contentious debates. Since Mr. Samuel is known to make disparaging remarks about the NDC members in particular, several internet users even urged Esq. Sammy to ignore his acts on the media. Some of the comments I collected from the post are listed here.
