Cape Coast will host a significant literary and philanthropic event on Saturday, February 21, 2026, as Rev. Sylvester Pomenya Dzokoto launches three inspirational books in aid of an aged support initiative. The event, dubbed the Trio Book Launch, will take place at 12:00 PM prompt at the Afehye Hall of Pempamsie Hotel in Cape Coast.

Rev. Dzokoto, an ordained minister with the Faith Evangelical Mission Worldwide in the Central Region of Ghana, is also the Founder and Administrative Manager of Christian Care and Outreach Consult, a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and communities across the country.

The three books set to be unveiled are The Place of the Father, Joy in the Midst of Storms, and The Battle Within. The publications are expected to offer spiritual insight, encouragement, and practical guidance to readers navigating personal, family, and faith-related challenges.

According to the organizers, proceeds from the launch will go toward supporting the Aged Program run by Christian Care and Outreach Consult. The initiative focuses on providing care, assistance, and social support to elderly individuals within communities, particularly those facing economic hardship and limited family support.

Christian Care and Outreach Consult has been actively engaged in youth development, leadership training, vocational and academic empowerment programs, and family support initiatives, particularly in Cape Coast and the wider Central Region. The organization also supports single parents and promotes holistic community development.

Rev. Dzokoto is widely recognized for his mentorship, teaching ministry, and capacity-building work within the Christian community. A graduate of the University of Cape Coast, he has impacted lives both within and beyond Ghana through preaching, leadership training, and outreach activities.

The Trio Book Launch is expected to attract clergy, community leaders, youth groups, philanthropists, and members of the general public who wish to support both literary development and social intervention efforts. Organizers have extended an open invitation to individuals, institutions, and corporate bodies to attend and contribute toward the noble cause of caring for the aged.
