In a historic move blending faith with digital innovation, King Jesus Apostolic Church in the Ga Municipality of Greater Accra has unveiled a groundbreaking Online Mobile Money Application to help church members in and outside the Ghana to pay their tithes, offering, pledges and donations.

This marks the first-ever church in the area to introduce such a platform, ushering in a new era of seamless giving for worshippers around the globe.
The official launch, held on Sunday, 6th July 2025, drew a congregation of over 400 people and was led by Chairman Apostle Amos Opare at the church’s premises at Hasto Mango-Lane headquarters.
Apostle Opare dedicated the app to the service of God, emphasizing that giving should come from a willing and joyful heart.
“This is more than a technological upgrade,” he shared. “It’s a divine opportunity for believers everywhere to participate in advancing the ministry, wherever they are.”
Presiding Elder George Asiedu added that while the app functions similarly to conventional mobile money (MoMo) systems, users are encouraged to follow the unique steps carefully. “It’s simple, familiar, and spiritually rewarding,” he said.
He also cautions the church members to be mindful of scamers who can manuvre their way into the newly launched church mobile money application system, and for this reason, the congregants should verify all the neceasary information before making any payments.

The app facilitates:
- Tithe payments
- Offerings
- Pledges
- Other love-based donations
Whether you're in Accra or across the globe, every contribution now has a direct digital path to the church’s mission, he said.

Furthermore, Elder Samuel Mensah, speaking passionately during the launch, highlighted the need for the church to evolve alongside the rapidly changing world.
He recalled a heartfelt moment when a member, moved by the service but without physical cash, yearned to support the ministry.
“This app is our response to such moments—a bridge between desire and action,” he noted.
This initiative positions King Jesus Apostolic Church not only as a spiritual lighthouse but also as a digital pioneer in faith-based giving.
It’s a powerful reminder that while the gospel remains timeless, the tools to support it can and should adapt with the times.
