President John Dramani Mahama is set to launch a comprehensive nationwide tour on March 18, 2026, aimed at conducting a thorough assessment of ongoing government projects and evaluating their progress.

The 'Resetting Ghana Tour' is designed to foster greater synergy between the government and citizens, stimulate grassroots engagement, and provide timely updates on national policies and development initiatives.

The tour, which commences in the Bono Region, will be attended by regional ministers, local government officials, and other prominent stakeholders. Minister of Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, underscored the President's commitment to leading by example, stating,

'The President believes it is not enough for ministers to brief the nation from the presidency. He is stepping out to lead the ‘Resetting the Ghana Project’...'

This sweeping nationwide exercise will entail visiting project sites, engaging with influential community leaders, and soliciting feedback from key stakeholders.

The objective is to scrutinize project progress, promote transparency, and ensure that development initiatives are tailored to meet community needs."
