The upcoming 2025 PA Conference promises to be an inspiring convergence of ideas, leadership, and empowerment as a lineup of influential speakers is set to headline the two-day event.

Officially launched on Monday, June 16, at the Labadi Beach Hotel, the conference will be held on July 17 and 18 under the theme “Growth for Cross Border Relevance.”

Organized by FiveSixFive, the launch event attracted media representatives, stakeholders, and members of the assistant professional community.

In her keynote address, Maame Ekua Gaisey, Managing Partner of FiveSixFive, emphasized the importance of properly aligned assistants in today’s dynamic work environments, describing them as “the quiet power behind the scenes” who are critical to leadership success in a data-heavy, fast-paced world. She explained that the two-day format of this year’s event was introduced in response to strong feedback from delegates who sought deeper engagements and practical learning experiences.

Maame Gaisey stressed that the conference is more than a professional gathering, it is a transformative experience.

“This conference is where validation meets inspiration,” she said. “It’s a space for growth, reflection, and action.”

The 2025 PA Conference promises not only professional development but a renewed sense of purpose and validation for the assistant community.

The presence of influential voices such Joyce Bawah Mogtari, Presidential Advisor and Special Aide to the President of Ghana; Professor Robert Ebo Hinson, Pro Vice Chancellor of GTUC affirms the event’s commitment to equipping professionals with the tools and mindset needed for cross-border relevance.

Also joining the speaker lineup this year includes Kojo Amissah, Strategy and Performance Consultant; Bunmi Pratt, an expert in people solutions and talent development; Papa Arkhurst, a leadership enthusiast; Dr. May Wulff-Caesar, a consultant clinical psychologist; and Nixon Awua-Amoah, a human capital specialist.

Together, these speakers are expected to deliver a rich blend of practical knowledge, strategic insight, and motivational energy.

First launched in 2019 with just 49 delegates, the PA Conference has grown into a nationally respected platform expected to host over 300 participants this year.

Delegates will have opportunities to connect directly with speakers through high-impact sessions, gain insights into new technologies and evolving administrative trends, and build lasting peer networks.

As excitement builds and preparations continue, the presence of these thought leaders promises to elevate the 2025 PA Conference into a defining moment for assistants across Ghana and beyond.
