VP lauds Mfantsipim's legacy as school marks 150 years

It is with great honour that I officially launch the 150th anniversary celebrations of Mfantsipim School, an institution that has stood the test of time, forging generations of leaders and shaping the very fabric of our nation," said Vice President Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang.

The revered rivalry with Adisadel College, built on mutual respect and intellectual curiosity, serves as a beacon for the values we should strive to uphold in our public discourse."

To the students, Prof Opoku-Agyemang said, "You are the custodians of a proud legacy. Uphold the values of integrity, discipline, and service, and strive for excellence in all you do."

She commended the Old Boys for their unflinching support and urged all stakeholders to continue contributing to the institution's growth and advancement.

"Congratulations to the Mfantsipim community on this historic milestone. May the next 150 years be even more impactful and illustrious," she concluded.
