Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, has underscored the crucial role of women empowerment in national transformation, stating that societies flourish when women are afforded equal opportunity to thrive.

According to him, granting women equitable access to education, leadership, innovation and economic success not only uplifts the individual woman but fortifies the very fabric of families, communities and the nation at large.

“When women are given equal opportunity to learn, lead, create and succeed, families, communities and nations become stronger,” he stated.

Debrah made the remarks while championing gender inclusivity as a catalyst for sustainable development and holistic national progress.

He emphasized that empowering women is not an act of benevolence but a strategic imperative for building resilient, prosperous and equitable societies.
