Victoria Duncan-Williams, the younger sister of renowned Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams the leader and founder of Action Chapel International, has declared her support for former Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong, stating that his vision for Ghana has inspired her to consider relocating from the United States back home.
Speaking in an interview during Kennedy Agyapong’s submission of his nomination forms at the New Patriotic Party (NPP) headquarters on August 27, 2025, Victoria praised the presidential hopeful as the only politician capable of transforming the country.
“The man has a vision. Archbishop Duncan-Williams is my senior brother and I am supporting Ken because he has a vision. If I look at all the politicians, I see Ken as the only person able to change this country,” she stated.
Victoria, who has lived in the United States for nearly three decades, emphasised that Kennedy Agyapong’s decision to keep and invest his wealth in Ghana speaks volumes about his commitment to the nation’s development.
“I have lived in America for close to 20–30 years and I believe the only person who can lead this country well is Kennedy Agyapong. He has all his money in Ghana and is investing it here.
“Those who keep their money abroad are helping develop other countries, but Ken’s money is in Ghana. Ken is also not corrupt, and he thinks about the country, that is why I am supporting him,” she added.
Victoria Duncan-Williams revealed that Agyapong’s patriotism and bold leadership style have motivated her to consider permanently relocating to Ghana after years of living in the diaspora.
