  was a spendrift who used the arrears paid by NHIA topurchase a brand new LAND CRUISER PRADO for his office. Was the said vehicle the offically prescibed one for Medical Directors of Regional Hospitalsin GHS ?Did he obtain the necessary clearance from the then DG of GHS. What about allegations that he used the said vehicle for unofficiall purposes by travelling with it to his constituency to engage in partisan politics? What amount did he spend in acquiring and furnishing accommodation for himself as s new Medical Director? Why is Dr. Anaba enamoured with the title.FORMER MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF RIDGE HOSPITAL rather than his role at Tamale Teaching Hospital and as a proprietor of a private hospital in Tamale ?
