After learning of the passing of a music legend, a devoted fan of Daddy Lumba passes away.

A guy known as Ebenezer Kumah, a loyal follower of the late highlife legend Daddy Lumba, passed away after losing it when he learned of the musician's passing. Known to friends and neighbors as "Lumba," Kumah was a 41-year-old Ashanti Region citizen who lived in Ahinsan. His family claims that on Saturday, July 26, 2025, just after Daddy Lumba's passing was broadcast on the radio, he passed out. Shortly thereafter, he was declared dead despite efforts to resuscitate him. Kumah was characterized as an ardent fan by close friends and family. He really was a fan. He was known to all as "Lumba." He kept up with everything that Daddy Lumba did, including his concerts, songs, and even fashion sense. One person commented, "The news just broke him."
