When a fan accused dancehall artist Shatta Wale of spray-painting his yellow Lamborghini purple and displaying it as a different vehicle, Wale reacted.
This follows the On God singer's announcement on X that he had purchased a brand-new automobile, complete with a video.
While some praised Shatta Wale for his response, others criticized the fan for taunting him.
On Friday, June 27, 2025, YEN news reported that dancehall artist Shatta Wale responded epically to a fan who said the artist had painted his yellow Lamborghini purple in order to parade it as another vehicle.
In an announcement on X, Shatta Wale revealed that he had purchased a purple Lamborghini Urus.
The dancehall artist who previously purchased a yellow Lamborghini Urus in September 2024 has now purchased a purple version of the same vehicle.
Given this, an X user going by the handle City Boss wanted to know if the yellow Lamborghini he was displaying as a brand-new vehicle was the one that had been sprayed yellow.
Shatta Wale cited City Boss, a huge admirer of Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale's rival dancehall artist, as saying that since the video was shot in America, viewers should open their eyes and pay close attention.
"Open your eyes na America be dat fool 😂🤣," he replied to the X fan.
Fans of Shatta Wale took notice of his response, rushed to his defense, and slapped the fan for subtly disparaging him. He was begged not to speak again, and they promised to fight the war for him.
Others commented on how stunning Shatta Wale's new vehicle was in the video and said they were excited for it to arrive in Ghana in the next few days.
