Amid rumors that they are at odds with their mother over her legal battle with Odo Broni, the three children of late highlife performer Daddy Lumba and his oldest widow, Akosua Serwaa, have spoken out. On Saturday, December 13, 2025, Calvin, Charlyn, and Ciara traveled to Ghana to say goodbye and pay their final respects to their late father during his funeral in Kumasi.Due to a disagreement over the funeral arrangements, their mother, Akosua Serwaa, and a few close relatives of the late Daddy Lumba, including his oldest sister, Ernestina Fosu, were unable to attend the burial on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
