On Wednesday, July 2, 2025, the president was present at the official unveiling of the 24-hour Economy strategy. He officially unveiled the 24-hour economy logo by cutting the ribbon alongside Vice President Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang.

At the Jubilee House, it seemed that President John Dramani Mahama had abandoned his official presidential cars in favor of using his own cars for transportation.

On January 5, 2024, the president initially revealed the vehicles during the funeral service for the late Enoch Teye (E.T.) Mensah, a Council of State member and former Ningo-Prampram MP, held in the State House courtyard.

President John Dramani Mahama has frequently appeared in public with a few state vehicles or the Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 Extreme Edition car that his younger brother, Ibrahim Mahama, gave him since he returned to office following his resounding victory in the general elections of 2024.

Less than two months after declaring the automobiles he got as gifts on May 5, 2025, President John Dramani Mahama has decided to deploy his three bulletproof Genesis G90 vehicles. He gave them to the state as well.

After announcing a code of conduct for the appointees at the Jubilee House during his second non-consecutive term as president, the president made the announcement.

Two SUVs were formally delivered to the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, and the Senior Presidential Advisor for Governmental Affairs, Madam Valerie Sawyer, on behalf of the state during a handover ceremony by Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Minister of State in charge of government communications.

President John Dramani Mahama pledged to lead a government that ran with honor and dignity and to ensure that officials adhered to high ethical standards, which included the declaration and donation of the cars.
