According to Sammy Gyamfi, the National Democratic Congress's (NDC) director of communications, Ghana's creative arts sector is extinct. He believes that the music industry is the only area of the creative arts that is still thriving, and that's because musicians are making investments in their own careers. Sammy Gyamfi revealed this while he appeared on United Showbiz in Accra. "The industry of the creative arts is extinct. The music sector is the only area of the creative arts that is flourishing, and even that is due to the musicians' own hard work. "Kyekyekule is dead, aside from that concert party," he declared.
