The Meboafo Foundation, in collaboration with the Asamankese Municipal Education Directorate, has donated computers to five schools in Asamankese to support students in their academic pursuits. The initiative aims to equip students with the necessary tools to excel in today’s digital world.

The five beneficiary schools include Asamankese Roman Catholic A & B JHS, Asamankese M/A JHS, Asamankese Presbyterian Basic School, Beehive School, and Asamankese Wesley Primary School.

During the presentation, Dr. Emmanuel Obiri Addo highlighted the importance of digital literacy in the modern era and how access to technology can enhance the learning experience for students. He encouraged the students to make the most of the computers and take their education seriously to achieve their dreams.

The heads of the schools expressed their gratitude to Dr. Obiri Addo and the Meboafo Foundation for the generous donation, urging other institutions to follow this example and support education in rural areas. They emphasized that the computers would significantly improve the students' academic performance and help bridge the digital divide between rural and urban communities.
