In a recent interview on Nopras FM, Daniel Obeng Acquah, also known as Ubuntu, the 1st Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Abuakwa North Constituency, Eastern Region of Ghana and a member of the NPP Manifesto Committee on Education, commended the efforts of President Nana Akufo-Addo and Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the education sector. He emphasized that their investments in education have broken down significant barriers, creating equal opportunities for all Ghanaian children.

According to Obeng Acquah, the NPP-led government has implemented policies aimed at leveling the educational playing field. “The investments that Nana Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia have made in education are reshaping the future of Ghanaian children. These initiatives have not only removed barriers but have also provided equal opportunities for every child, regardless of their background,” he stated during his conversation with host Nana Kwasi Asare.

He highlighted key programs like the Free Senior High School (Free SHS) policy, which has enabled thousands of students to access secondary education without financial burden. This program, he noted, has reduced dropout rates, increased enrollment, and given children from disadvantaged backgrounds a fair chance at education. “It is through such impactful policies that the government is ensuring that every Ghanaian child can reach their full potential,” he added.

In his concluding remarks, Obeng Acquah urged Ghanaians to rally behind the NPP to maintain the gains achieved under the current administration. He called on citizens to vote for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as the next president and support all NPP parliamentary candidates, including Nana Kwame Addo Ampaw Frempong, affectionately known as Chief Buffalo.

“Let’s stand together to protect the future of our children by supporting the NPP. Voting for Dr. Bawumia and candidates like Chief Buffalo will help us consolidate the progress we have made, not only in education but across other sectors of development,” he concluded.

Obeng Acquah’s message resonates with the NPP’s commitment to sustaining educational advancements, reinforcing the call for voters to endorse the party’s leadership in the upcoming elections.
