The President of the NDC Clergy in the Eastern Region, Rev. Krebeti Eric, has voiced concerns over the exclusion of NDC Eastern Regional executives from key government positions. In an interview, he reminded the President that these executives played a crucial role in securing victory for the party in the region during the 2024 general elections.

Rev Krebeti stressed that party members in the Eastern Region have been patiently awaiting appointments, but their hopes are beginning to fade as time passes. He urged the President to embrace inclusiveness by offering some of the Eastern Regional executives opportunities to serve in his administration.

He further emphasized that competent party members such as Hon. Dr. Mark Oliva Kevor (Eastern Regional Chairman), Hon. Naana Shirley Ampem (Eastern Regional Women’s Organizer), Hon Tina Effah Boadi Deputy Eastern Regional Women Organizer, Hon. Baba Jamar (Eastern Regional Secretary), among others, possess strong educational backgrounds and vast experience that qualify them for government roles.

The NDC Eastern Regional Clergy President also highlighted the contributions of these executives to the development of both the region and the country. He asserted that their expertise is critical to national progress and that sidelining them would be a disservice to both the party and the people of the Eastern Region.

Rev. Krebeti, therefore, appealed to the President to prioritize their appointment into key positions to ensure proper representation of the party at all levels of government.

He concluded by assuring the President of the unwavering support and prayers of the NDC Eastern Regional clergy as he works toward advancing the nation's development.
