During the visit, Joseph Nelson highlighted the need for a strong work ethic among staff, emphasizing that it is essential for accelerating growth and development in the region. He encouraged the staff to work tirelessly, citing the district's potential for progress and the importance of collective effort in overcoming challenges.

The Regional Coordinating Council members also echoed the Minister's sentiments, urging staff to strive for excellence in their duties. They noted that, as a relatively young district with limited infrastructure and facilities, Wassa Amenfi Central faces unique challenges that require dedication and hard work to overcome. The council members emphasized that sustainable growth and development can only be achieved through the collective efforts of all stakeholders, including staff, community leaders, and residents.

The working visit provided an opportunity for the Regional Minister and the RCC to engage with staff and assess the district's progress, challenges, and areas for improvement. The visit is expected to strengthen collaboration and coordination between the district assembly and the regional authorities, ultimately contributing to the development of the Wassa Amenfi Central District.

In response to the Regional Minister's remarks, Peter Amponsah, the DCE, expressed his commitment to implementing the Minister's directives and working closely with staff to ensure the district's rapid development. The visit ended with a sense of renewed purpose and dedication among staff, who are now poised to work even harder to drive growth and improvement in the district.

The Wassa Amenfi Central District Assembly has pledged to build on the momentum generated by the visit, with a focus on enhancing service delivery, improving infrastructure, and fostering community engagement.
