W/R:Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe Supports Education with Laptop and Food Items at Amenfi Central Independence Day Celebration

As part of activities marking Ghana’s 68th Independence Day celebration, Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, demonstrated her commitment to education and student welfare by donating a brand-new laptop and food items to students in the district.

A delegation representing the MP made the donation on her behalf during the district's Independence Day celebration on March 6, 2025. The overall best candidate in the 2024 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) received a laptop to support their academic journey and encourage digital learning. This initiative aligns with Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe’s vision of promoting education and equipping students with modern tools to enhance their studies.

In addition to the laptop donation, the MP also provided branded food items to students who participated in the district’s Independence Day celebrations. The gesture aimed to appreciate their dedication and involvement in national activities while fostering a sense of unity and patriotism among young learners.

The District Coordinating Director received the items on behalf of the District Director of Education and expressed gratitude for the MP’s continuous support. He acknowledged the significance of such contributions in motivating students to strive for academic excellence and fostering a conducive learning environment in the district.
