President John Mahama gave a cheerful knock to Appiah Stadium, a stalwart member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), at the presidential luncheon hosted in his honor at the Accra International Conference Centre following his inauguration.

President Mahama and Appiah Stadium, who attended the meal, exchanged a moment.

The two were at the restaurant having an inaudible talk.

Prior to the discussion, President Mahama was observed grinning while snatching Appiah Stadium's head and slapping him on the head.

Appiah Stadium retaliated by taking the president's hand, turning it, and giving it a back kiss.

It's unclear what caused the knock, but the Mahama family views Appiah Stadium as a personal friend.

Appiah Stadium calls Mahama his father and the knock may only be a father jokingly knocking his son on the heard.
