  This is what South Africa government did for labour
  "The government has tabled an above-inflation wage increase of 5.5% for public servants, up from the initial 4.7% offer. Subsequent wage increases will be linked to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the 2026/27 and 2027/28 financial years".

  Why has the labour unions not reach agreement on wage increase for 2025,its started it work on 4th February, 2025.
