Accra, Ghana – The three-day AgriFair 2025, hosted at the Efua Sutherland Children’s Park, comes to a successful close today, Sunday, June 22, with organisers and vendors expecting record turnout for the final day.

The event—organized by Channel One TV with support from Citi FM—has earned wide praise as Ghana’s premier marketplace for agricultural innovation and direct farmer-to-consumer engagement. Since opening on Friday, the fair has drawn thousands of shoppers, agribusinesses, and key policymakers.
Notable dignitaries in attendance included Minister for Food and Agriculture Eric Opoku, his deputy John Dumelo, Deputy Minister for Trade, Agribusiness and Industry Sampson Ahi, former Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Wood, and former Minister of State Elizabeth Ohene, among others.
Running from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., the final day features fresh stock, exclusive discounts, and live music from the Nkyinkyim Band. Visitors can shop a wide range of fresh produce, grains, livestock, aquaculture items, and processed local foods—all without middlemen.
Also continuing today is the popular Agric Clinics, offering tailored consultations with experts on crop production, livestock management, agritech, and market access strategies.
Organisers say the AgriFair is more than a marketplace—it’s a platform for long-term partnerships, youth empowerment, and the promotion of food security and agricultural innovation.
The event is proudly sponsored by Ghana Exim Bank, Legacy Crop Improvement Centre, Development Bank Ghana, Agri-Impact Limited, the Horticulture Business Platform, and Twellium Ghana Ltd, with Farmerline as technology partner.
