Economist Prof. William Brafu Nsaidoo has expressed optimism about the government’s 2025 budget, encouraging Ghanaians to be patient and hopeful as its policies take effect.
Speaking on The Big Issue on Channel One TV, Prof. Nsaidoo acknowledged ongoing debates about the budget’s ability to tackle economic challenges but maintained that it presents promising prospects.
“For me, I will say there is hope. There are prospects if you look at the budget carefully,” he stated.
He urged the public to allow the government time to implement its plans before forming conclusions.
“Rather than being skeptical, why don’t we wait for the mid-year budget? If by then, there is nothing substantial, we can assess its impact more fairly,” he added.
