Brammy’s Kitchen, one of the growing food spots at Osu Night Market, is steadily attracting attention from food lovers with its assorted meals, fresh yoghurt drinks, and vibrant customer experience.

Founded by a former chef at Zen Garden, the food brand was born out of a desire to build something personal and independent.

“I was a chef at Zen Garden and decided to establish my own place because I felt like I was selling my talent to others,” the founder told TrenderHQ. “I felt this was the right time to establish something for myself.”

Known for meals such as assorted spaghetti, assorted jollof and fried rice with chicken, Brammy’s Kitchen has become a regular stop for many visitors at the popular nightlife destination.

“We cook with intention”

The founder explained that quality and freshness remain central to the brand’s identity.

“I make sure I cook my food with intention, rich nutrients, vegetables and rich quality,” he said.

According to him, the restaurant pays close attention to fresh ingredients and healthy preparation methods.

“My ingredients are always clean and fresh, straight from the market, and we cook with intentions. We pay attention to the right amount of natural and organic spices we use in our food for good health,” he added.

Aside from its meals, the brand’s yoghurt drinks are also becoming popular among customers. The yoghurt currently comes in vanilla, strawberry and banana flavours.

Creating more than just a food experience

Located at Osu Night Market, Brammy’s Kitchen says it aims to create an atmosphere where customers enjoy not just food, but also connection and positive energy.

“We don’t aspire for people to just eat and go home,” the founder explained. “We want them to leave their sorrows and go back with renewed energy and inner joy.”

He also described Osu Night Market as a unique destination for food lovers because of its nightlife culture and variety of food vendors.

Expansion plans underway

Brammy’s Kitchen says it plans to expand its menu in the near future with items such as yam chips and spicy wings, while continuing to build a loyal customer community in Accra.

The founder described the business in one word: “Vim.”
