The project is a grassroots initiative designed to equip inmates with vocational skills while providing practical services such as car washing and tyre vulcanising.

Initiatives of this nature aim to support the rehabilitation of inmates, reduce reoffending and equip them with practical skills that could help them earn a living after their release.

Bonesman TV also used the platform to appeal for additional contributions, noting that the project could benefit from further support.

“If anyone else would like to support this prison initiative, kindly get in touch so we can strengthen the project together. With collective effort, we can achieve meaningful impact,” the post added.

Aziz’s role and the significance of the donation

As an aspiring diplomat, Mariam Aziz serves as a sign language interpreter for President Mahama and regularly appears alongside him during official broadcasts and state functions.

Her decision to support the prison initiative highlights the role individuals can play in community development and efforts to improve the welfare and rehabilitation of inmates.

The donation of a polytank is expected to contribute to the project's practical needs, while the appeal for further support seeks to encourage collective efforts to sustain and expand the initiative.
