The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially declared that the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) would begin on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 and end on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. This schedule applies to both school and private applicants in Ghana.

๐Ÿ“Œ Important Notes

Arrival Time: Candidates are advised to be seated at least 30 minutes before the start of each paper.

Continuous Sitting: Both papers for each subject are to be taken at one sitting without a break.

Time Discrepancies: If there is a difference in time between the question paper and the timetable, the time on the question paper should be followed.

Special Provisions: Candidates with visual and hearing impairments are to be allowed an additional 50% of the time allotted to other candidates.
