Ghanaian composer and musician Kwabena Kwabena has talked about the difficulties he had after his divorce, saying he nearly became like comedian Funny Face, who is currently dealing with mental health problems brought on by broken marriages and being away from his kids.

The "Adult Music" hitmaker revealed in an interview with Ghana News TV that his buddies played a major role in the dissolution of his second marriage.

Kwabena Kwabena is a Ghanaian highlife musician.

He claimed that because he can identify with Funny Face's problems, watching their videos makes him cry.

"When I ended my marriage, it was really challenging. I may say that I was close to my brother Funny Face's ordeal. It might have been me, which is why I cry every time I see him. He said, "So, let's remember our brother in our prayers."

"I'm thankful to God that I'm still alive and sound," Kwabena Kwabena said, thanking God for his fortitude. I had no idea how I had escaped that predicament.

When questioned about the idea behind "Fakye Me," his recent gospel single, he disclosed that he composed the song while experiencing mental anguish. "I was going through a lot when I created the song. Since I am only human, I prayed to God for forgiveness if I had done something wrong. I'm capable of making mistakes, but should they put me in this predicament?

Kwabena Kwabena wed Abena Owusuaa in 2010 following his first divorce, but the two parted ways, and their divorce was made public in 2017.
