The presidential candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has voiced his displeasure with the New Patriotic Party (NPP), saying that even some of its supporters are let down by the party's broken promises.
John Mahama highlighted the worries of citizens who doubt the influence of political parties while addressing a crowd in the Northern Region.
"Not all political parties are the same," he insisted, highlighting the distinctions between the NDC and the NPP.
He emphasised how initiatives like building schools and medical facilities had enhanced the well-being of the community, particularly in Saboba, which he praised for progressing under his direction.
Mahama, however, attacked the NPP, claiming that they prioritise publicity above actual advancement. He brought up a community centre that has been largely restored but is nonetheless underutilised as a result of past neglect. According to him, the eight years of suffering under the administration were enough and needed to end.
