Ghanaian dancehall performer Akiyana has advised men who are struggling financially to stay away from women.

In an interview with Hitz FM on November 21, 2024, the artist emphasized that a man should not pursue love interests if he cannot afford to spend money on a woman.

"Keep your zipper closed if you're a man and unable to open your wallet. "That is the reality," she said.

In addition, she counseled males against using black magic in the event of a breakup.

In order to illustrate that breakups are a normal part of life and shouldn't be handled with magic, Akiyana related a story about a friend who was dumped by her spouse.

With hits like "No Money No Party," "Bubra," and "Osheyy," Akiyana has become well-known in the dancehall music industry. On YouTube, her song "Nobody Bad," which features Kelvynboy, has received over 53,000 views.
