Of the Six (6) women arrested in connection with the death of Captain Maxwell Adam Mahama at Denkyira-Boase in the Upper Denkyira West District of the Central Region exactly a week ago, two of them have been found to be nursing mothers and were among a total of 34 suspects put before an Accra Central District court 3 on Monday June 5, 2017.
They were all remanded to appear on June 21, 2017 as police continue to conduct further investigations to unravel more suspects behind the dastardly act that sent shockwaves throughout the country exactly a week ago.
All suspects have been provisionally charged with two counts of murder contrary to section 46 of the criminal code and other offences act of 1960, Act 29 as well as conspiracy to commit crime to wit murder: contrary to section 23(1) and 46 of the criminal and other offences act 1960 (Act 29)
