24-year-old man reportedly caught sexually abusing 8-year-old boy

A video has surfaced on social media in which a young man, believed to be 24 years old, was reportedly caught for allegedly sexually abusing an 8-year-old boy.

In the video shared on X on August 12, 2026, the young man, identified as Morrison, was seen kneeling as some concerned individuals questioned him about the alleged incident.

According to an account given in the one-minute clip, the young man allegedly lured the 8-year-old boy with GH¢20 into a classroom after meeting him while he was grazing cattle.

It was further alleged that the young man had previously sexually assaulted the boy on another occasion and had returned to repeat the act.

Following the emergence of the video, it has triggered massive reactions on social media, with some netizens calling on the Ghana Police Service to take action against the young man.
