Media gurus, personalities alike, and alumni are gearing up for a grand celebration as campus broadcasting giant, Radio Univers, marks its 30th anniversary this year.
Scheduled for 26 April, the launch of the year-long occasion will be held at the Law School Auditorium of the University of Ghana.
With three decades of enriching campus life and grooming talent in the broadcasting and journalism space, Radio Univers has etched its name within the University of Ghana community and beyond.
The station is pulling out all the stops for an unforgettable event. The highlight of the anniversary launch will be the presence of the National Media Commission’s esteemed representative, Yaw Boadu Ayeboafo, who will deliver the keynote address.
Moreover, Radio Univers will take the opportunity to unveil its special anniversary logo, symbolising three decades of excellence, innovation, and dedication to broadcasting.
In addition to the keynote address and logo unveiling, the event will serve as a platform to announce Radio Univers’s anniversary plans for the rest of the year. From special programming to community engagement initiatives, the station is poised to make its 30th year one to remember.
