6-year-old's anus, bladder destroyed in bloody sodomy; mother wants out-of-court settlement

Madam ELizabeth Azumah, mother of a 6-year-old boy who was sodomized almost to death by a 19-year-old is asking for GHC200 to cater for the ‘damaged’ boy and an out of court settlement.

The Sodomist who has since being granted bail was arrested by the Police after he lured and ‘vandalized’ the anus of the 6-year-old Little Atsu in an act of sodomy in Accra, MyNewsGH.com learnt.

The sodomist and rapist lured the Little Atsu with 1GHC into his room and ‘chopped’ him down mercilessly, warning him not to talk about the incident to anyone. He threatened the boy with death should he speak up, Madam Elizabeth Azumah, the boy’s mum said.

The boy who couldn’t bear the pain any longer was forced to inform his parents after he realized the excruciating pain wouldn’t go away.

Upon examination of the boy’s anus at the La General Hospital, doctors concluded that the little boy’s anus, rectum and bladder had been affected badly and would need corrective surgery

But the pain he was going through, Madam Azumah said, was unbearable so Atsu told her about his predicament. Madam Azumah noted that what happened when they got to the room still remains a nightmare haunting the little boy.

Meanwhile, the 19-year-old who has been arrested by the police and is being processed for court has since been granted bail.
