Guinean giants AC Horoya have officially tabled an $80,000 offer for Hearts of Oak winger Patrick Razak, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The Guinea Conakry side who are already participating in this year's CAF Champions League are keen on signing the swift Ghanaian winger to facilitate their goal-scoring opportunities in the competition.
Ghanasoccernet understands that Horoya tabled an initial offer of $60,000 before increasing the bid to $80,000 following Hearts of Oak's approach to the initial negotiations.
General Manager of AC Horoya Mbaye Toure is already in the country to seal the deal with the Phobians and travel with the player before the transfer window in Guniea finally shuts.
Hearts of Oak, however, are set to take a final decision to either allow the player to leave or not but sources close to the Hearts board have disclosed that the Phobians could accept the offer which is also loaded with several goodies for the player including a personal car and a house in Ghana at a location of the player's choice.
