ARSON@MIM: Vehicles Of Omanhene, Nifahene Set Ablaze

Unidentified assailants, in the early hours of Saturday, set ablaze the private vehicles of the Omanhene of the Mim traditional area, Nana Dr. Yaw Adjei and his Nifahene, Nana Kofi Bofah under mysterious circumstances at Mim.

The vehicles, a Mercedes Benz car and a Hyundai saloon, were burnt beyond repairs.

They had been parked in the individual homes of the two chiefs when they were set ablaze simultaneously around 2.30 a.m.

The two chiefs are yet to unravel the mystery surrounding the destruction of the vehicles, as they claimed that there was neither a chieftaincy dispute in the town nor there any problem between them and anybody in the area to warrant any suspicion.
