Nigeria, Cameroon, Zambia and Mali are expected to arrive in Ghana on Wednesday, November 14, as the 11th edition of the Africa Women's Cup of Nations (AWCON) to be hosted in Ghana draws near.
South Africa's Bayana Bayana and the Fenneces of Algeria, have already arrived in Ghana as they gear up for the tournament, that kick starts on Saturday, November 17, to December 1, 2018.
Equatorial Guinea who replaced Kenya in the tournament, after a decision by the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) are expected to arrive in Ghana on Thursday and will be in Group together with defending Champions Nigeria, South Africa and Zambia.
Ghana would kick-start their campaign in Group A against Algeria on November 17, at the Accra Sports Stadium. Cameroon will face Mali in the other group match.
