The Greater Accra Zabarma Chief who doubles as President of Ghana Zabarma Association, Sarki, Pro-Umar Abubakar Tanko, has congratulated the newly-sworn in Supreme Court Justice, Amadu Tanko for his ascension to the highest court of the land.

The appointment of Justice Tanko according to him would bring hope and will become a role model to Muslims as well as an inspiration to the Muslim Youth in Ghana.

He added that the newly sworn-in Supreme court judge did not make it to the top by chance but through hard work, commitments and the will of the Almighty Allah.

He call on all Muslims in Ghana to pray and support him to succeed and prove to the world that Muslims in the Zangoes if given the chance can raise the Bar.

According to him, knowledge in communication is a very essential tool every public speaker should possess to help in effective communication.

The Accra Zabarma Chief who had worked as a journalist for the past 21 years revealed that preachers with good communication background always make good justification and would not come out to talk on national issues without having deep knowledge about what they want to say and the consequences.

The Veteran Journalist recall that during the vetting of the first Muslim Supreme Court nominee, Justice Amadu Tanko some section of the Muslim Clerics came out openly to condemn and verbally attack him for what they believe did sit well in Islam.

This according to him, would not have happen should those Clerics have good communication background adding that it is not right for one to criticize and condemn any person found with wrongdoing in public let alone a public figure like Justice Amadu Tanko, rather call on him privately and correct the person as enshrined in the Holy Books.

Communication he said will give public speakers much knowledge about law of defamation and slander as well as communication law and ethics.

This according to him, will guide them as preachers to desist from comments that may tarnish the hard-won reputation of others.
