Management of Salt Media GH has donated washing and sanitary materials to the Agogo Presbyterian Hospital to support the center in the wake of the Covid-19 virus outbreak across the world.

The items were submitted on behalf of the CEO, Ohene Kwame Frimpong to senior staff and nurses of the hospital, who expressed excitement for the generous gesture.

The items donated included Smart Sanitizers, Detergents, Soaps, Veronica buckets and other cleaning materials.

Presenting the items, one of the representatives of Salt Media GH, said the donation was made to support the hospital in its efforts to treat and stop the spread of the virus should a case be reported in the community.

Ghana as at Saturday 21st March had recorded 21 cases of the novel Corona virus with one death.

The Ministry of Health has disclosed that most of the patients are currently responding to treatments and tracing of persons who they may have come into contact with is underway.

The management of Agogo Hospital also appealed to other donors to come to their aid as the hospital urgently needs testing kits, gloves, masks, and other key items to take care of patients.
