… He And His Party Are Rather Playing A Mine Field – Cautions Asamoah Boateng

Mr. Stephen Asamoah Boateng, a leading member of the NPP and Coordinator of the National Economic Dialogue (NED), has warned that Government will deal drastically with anyone who tries to subvert the constitutional order in the country.

The NED Coordinator submitted that the government has been given the mandate by the good people of this country to run the affairs of the nation and will therefore not sit down to allow anybody to take the nation for a ride.

Mr. Asamoah added that the Government was studying a statement made by Mr. Kwamena Ahwoi, NDC’s Director of Research, during his address at the launching of NDC’s philosophy and identity cards in Accra recently, and will soon accordingly inform the Ghanaian public on its stand on the matter.

He said this in an interview with the paper in Accra recently.

He submitted that the NPP Government was not scared at all about the statement attributed to Mr. Ahwoi that “they may be playing with fire if they push us too far”.
