'98 Mr Clement Ahiawodzi, a senior project officer of the Ministry of Education, has appealed to Ghana Telecom to install more telephone booths at "vantage points" at Akatsi to improve commercial activities in the district. He said there was the need to install telephone booths at Akatsi Teacher Training College, Akatsi Secondary/Technical school, Ghana Education Service, District Assembly offices, the health centre and the Market Square.
