On behalf of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), I congratulate former First Lady, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings, for winning the confidence of the rank and file of the newly formed National Democratic Party (NDP), and emerging as the party's presidential candidate for the upcoming elections.
