Deputy General Secretary of the ruling NDC, Koku Anyidoho says the leader of the opposition New Patriotic Party, Nana Akufo-Addo, should be blamed for their current leadership crisis.
In an interview on Kasapa FM‘s morning show on Friday, Anyidoho said Akufo-Addo should be blamed for what he described as an “unfortunate development”
“He has singlehandedly turned the NPP into what they are now. He hasn’t shown leadership,” he told host Fiifi Banson.
Akufo-Addo, he added, “takes things to heart; he wants to revenge at the least opportunity. Look at all these things happening with they wanting to impeach Afoko and Agyepong.”
The NPP is battling a national leadership crisis that has made its Chairman and General Secretary unpopular among the rank and file of the party.
Akufo-Addo, who has been asked by a cross section of Party faithful to show leadership, is addressing the press this morning to speak to the matter.
