Prosecution in the case of Charles Nana Frimpong, a businessman, who allegedly shot a 33 year- old driver and a mechanic at Alajo Railway Crossing over an argument, says it is awaiting the autopsy report on the deceased.
According to Chief Inspector H.A Hanson, the Police are also trying to secure further report from some forensic institutions.
Chief Inspector Hanson informed the Abeka District Court when Nana Frimpong made his third appearance before it.
Nana Frimpong, whose plea has been reserved, has been charged with murder.
Defence Counsel, Mr Paul Asibi Abariga, expressed his condolence to the bereaved family, noting that the matter was going through the legal process hence would indulge prosecution during the adjournment.
Nana Frimpong has, therefore, been remanded into Prison custody to re-appear on October 2, 2017 before the court presided over by Mrs. Victoria A. Ghansah.
Meanwhile, some sympathizers continue to grieve at the court premises.
Some also threatened to curse the accused person and the family.
Armed with alcoholic drinks they threatened to invoke deities on the accused and his family.

The accused who had packed his red Hyundai car at the shop got angry when the deceased allegedly asked him to park it well to enable him park a 207 Benz bus.
This degenerated into a heated argument and the accused allegedly pulled out a gun and shot the mechanic in the stomach.
The victim immediately fell unconscious and was rushed to the hospital by his colleagues.
Boadi, however, passed on at the Ridge Hospital while receiving treatment.
