American students assist Sokode-Etoe JSS

Ho, Jan 10, GNA - A delegation of 30 students and two professors from the University of Elon, New Carolina, USA, has presented 26 million cedis and some educational materials to the people of Sokode-Etoe near Ho towards the completion of their junior secondary school building. This was at a durbar to climax their three days' visit to the community that also offered them the opportunity to visit places of interest in the Volta Region and to experience Ghanaian family life. Prof Brian Digre was installed the development chief of Sokode under the stool name Togbe Dake I during his earlier visit about three years ago.
